Hey guys. So I figured since I got time to hang on Netflix like a slob tonight, if y’all could be so kind as to suggest what’s cool and happening in the film department? I could hit a Redbox too, if I’m feeling less lazy.

So I’m gonna start some shit up. On Tuesdays, or when I remember, it’s Suggest-a-Film. Check out what’s streaming on Netflix and offer up a suggestion. If you got time and an idea (show, documentary, movie, tv series, etc) then make a post and let’s see it done up!

My recommendation this week:

With all this talk about schools and education, I found this one to be pretty eye-opening. It makes me think good and hard about where I’d send my babies when I had them. I grew up in upstate New York for those of you who don’t know - cow country, mostly. We had a moderate school with a somewhat reliable score. Mostly white bread and cookie cutter, but not all kids got it that easy. Take a moment if you’ve got it to hear the stories of kids who want to do better with their lives.
